MAN CONVICTED FOR ATTACKING GOOD SAMARITAN AT STATELINE
On September 18, 2018, in an after-hours verdict a South Lake Tahoe jury found Scott David Fitzgerald of Elk Grove California, guilty of felony assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury; Penal Code §245(a)(4).
The conviction stems from an attack that occurred on November 12, 2016, in the area of Stateline.
